Maiandros Investments was formed with an experienced construction manager of solar projects and a Construction manager who coordinated many code compliance projects for the City Of San Francisco.

Joanna, passed away in 2019,  was a lifelong advocate for accessible design.  Evan, the other partner has continued rehabbing projects, flipping real estate and consulting on construction projects since that time.

Maiandros Investments keeps real estate projects on track and within budget. We develop a comprehensive project plan with clearly defined goals, objectives, and success metrics. Maiandros plays a crucial role in coordinating the various components of a project, from purchasing of land to coordinating of construction to managing properties as rental investments. Maiandros also plays a role in marketing and sale by owner. In the real estate industry, project management is particularly important due to the complexity of the projects involved. Maiandros has managed projects in California, Texas, Florida and Georgia.
